Child Safety Seat Inspection Station Appointment Request

Welcome to our new online appointment request for Montgomery County’s Car Seat Program. We listened to you and are trying to improve.

In order for this new program to work you must enter in your child's age (in months) and weight (in pounds) for all children who ride in your car, including children in booster seats.

We can only schedule one car per family on the same day. We hope to teach you how to put in your car seat the right way, so that you will be able to install it yourself.

Please choose a location below and we will call you as soon as possible to set up your appointment date and time. When we call you back to set up your appointment time, it will be easy to change the location. If you have a car seat voucher, then you must schedule your appointment at Criswell Chevrolet or our Georgia Avenue location.

Once each month we hold an open seat check event where no appointment is needed. These events are held March - Decemeber at Fitzgerald Auto Mall, located at 5501 Nicholson lane in Rockville, MD on the THIRD Thursday from 10AM until 12:30PM. It does not matter where you live or how many car seats or vehicles you have, but you MUST be there by 12:30PM to be seen. Car seat vouchers are not taken at this event.
